We are a Christian ministry focussing on the promotion of prayer and resting in God and his creation as central to the Christian faith and to the unity of the Body of Christ.

We consider prayer to be relationship with the Living triune God, and promote and teach all types of prayer, in particular the oft neglected arts of silence, stillness and contemplation.

We believe that God is breathing new life into the practice of prayer as joined to the actions of love and that these two things, being faith and works, contemplation and action, are the bedrock of founding the Kingdom of God in both the person and the world.

We aim to be helpful, refreshing and enabling in your walk with the Lord, whatever your gender, shape, size or denomination.

We promote relationship with God the Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit in addition to organised Christianity, espousing the Church and embracing its traditions, guided by the Holy Scriptures.

We stand by the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed.
